We currently only provide shipping within Malaysia (Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah and Sarawak.)
Customer shall bear the shipping cost. You may email us at tbunnetwork@gmail.com by providing the name of item and shipping address to enquire on shipping cost.
We shall not be liable to any losses or damages in the event of an incorrect shipping address or unreachable phone number is provided.
We shall not be liable to any losses or damages in the event of delay caused by the courier service provider.
Once we processed the order, tracking number will be given.
Every parcel delivered holds a risk of being misplaced or damaged. In the event of such cases, we will not be responsible for lost or damaged packages. If your tracking shows that your package has been delivered, it is advisable to check with your neighbor or family members to confirm if they have received the item on behalf.
