Q : Who can I contact if I need further clarification before I proceed to make payment?

Q : Can I request for exchange of product?
In general, we do not accept exchange of product,
except there is manufacturer’s defect or the model of product received is not
matched with the order. Application of Exchange due to quality defects should
be made within 7 days upon receipt of the goods. Product returned must be
presented with undamaged, original packing, and all other elements originally
included in the set. We reserve the right to refuse exchange if the product is
used; and it’s our discretion to decide whether a product can be exchanged.
Q : Can I request for return or refund?
All sales are final, no refund/return will
be entitled.
Q : Can I cancel an existing order that has been made?
Yes, only if the order is still in pending
status. Please send an email to tbunnetwork@gmail.com
with the subject title “Request to cancel order” in order to inform us about
the cancellation order. Orders that are in shipping status will not be able to cancel.
Q : What is the product's transaction currency?
All products transaction currency will be
done in Ringgit Malaysia.
Q : How long will it take to deliver my purchase?
We will ship out the item within 3-5
working days upon payment confirmed. Email will be sent out once item is
shipped.
Q : How do I track my order?
We will provide a tracking number for you to track the delivery status. The tracking number usually takes 12-24 hours to be updated. You can also log in to your account and check on the status of your order.
Q: What is the cost of delivery?
Shipping cost may vary due to
weight/height. You may email us at tbunnetwork@gmail.com
by providing the name of item and shipping address to enquire on shipping cost.
Q: What are the payment methods available?
PayPal is the only available channel as for
now.
